JSC «Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky» will produce new models of passenger vessels - "Strizh" and "Piligrim"

The presentation of the projects took place on the workshop on renewal of civil fleet of Tatarstan, which was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Transport and Road Construction Andrey Yegorov.

In the frames of the workshop, the Director General of the enterprise Renat Mistakhov presented innovation projects of the passenger vesels for touristic and regular lines of Tatarstan. "Strizh" will become passenger water taxi. "Piligrim" will be used as a cruiser. Both projects are developed together with Zelenodolsk engineering design office.

Passenger water taxi "Strizh" has capacity of 32 passengers and is designed for express passenger services  by inland waterway as a touristic and travelling transport. If necessary, the boat can be converted into a motor yacht.

Occupancy of a recreational craft "Pilgrim" is 120 people. Walking-tour routes along the Volga can be implemented by "Piligrim". Passenger compartment is equipped with transparent dome and audioguide system in five different languages to ensure comfortable conditions of excursion tours.

Over the years, JSC «Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky» produced over 1500 marine and river vessels, about 400 of them performed on the projects of Zelenodolsk Engineering Design Office.
