"KazakhExport" prefers Tatarstan
The Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina and the representative of export insurance company «KazakhExport» in Russia Daniyar Tynymbaev approved a pool of Tatarstan’s enterprises for co-funding the investment projects, including the ones with the aim of loading of existing capacities in industry and agriculture.
"Tatarstan is especially interesting for Kazakhstan. You have a strong economy, powerful IT-technologies and experience in Islamic finance. And we speak the same language and think the same way", - Daniyar of Tynybaev noted.
The relations between the Republics of Tatarstan and Kazakhstan develop rapidly since signing of intergovernmental agreement in 1996. Close cooperation with "KazakhExport" was fixed last year, when on the results of the negotiations between Taliya Minullina and representatives of National managing holding "Bayterek" ("KazakhExport" is a subsidiary of the holding) the agreements on cooperation were reached in four areas: small and medium-sized business, trade, IT, agriculture. Just 2 months after the return visit of Tatarstani working group to Kazakhstan, a road map was prepared. An important component of the development of relations between the two sides this year was the opening of "KazakhExport" representative office in the capital of Tatarstan.
"The fact that the first foreign representative office of "KazakhExport" was opened in Tatarstan confirms serious intentions of Kazakhstan to strengthen its presence in Tatarstan's market. The export of Kazakh companies to us is a stage preceding investments, and for Kazakhstan this is a serious growth zone", - Taliya Minullina commented.
