The implementation of the project of the Russian-Chinese youth business incubator was discussed in KSPEU

In the framework of the Days of Russian-Chinese youth entrepreneurship, the implementation of the project of Russian-Chinese youth business incubator was discussed in Kazan State Power Engineering University (KSPEU). Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina, Rector of KSPEU Edward Abdullazyanov, Consul of the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Kazan Li Fei, heads of the republican ministries and departments were the participants of the discussion.

The speakers told about the main directions and opportunities of cooperation between Tatarstan and China. In particular, Taliya Minullina reported that the People's Republic of China occupies a priority place in the list of partners of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency in scientific, technical, educational, trade, economic, social, tourism and other spheres.

"Such cooperation has a positive impact on the development of our countries. Last year, China did not enter the top 5 investors of Tatarstan, but in 2018 it confidently occupied its place there. Perhaps, in the coming years, China will top this rating", - Taliya Minullina marked.

The Consul Li Fei reminded that the years 2018-2019 were declared the years of cooperation between the regions of China and Russia.

"This is a great opportunity to develop cooperation. The incubator on the basis of the University is a successful start for business, a springboard to joint innovative practices of China and Russia. Today's forum became a platform for discussion of all issues of interest to strengthen cooperation", - Lu Fei summed up.

Russian-Chinese youth business incubator was established on the basis of Kazan State Power Engineering University in 2018. 10 residents from both sides were trained under the training program. In 2019, the number of residents of both groups will be increased to 30. The project involves young entrepreneurs under the age of 35 with commercially effective innovative technological projects. Business incubator on the basis of Kazan State Power Engineering University is one of 11 sites also opened in Bryansk, Barnaul, Kemerovo, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-don, Omsk, Ulyanovsk and Ufa. The Graduates of the project will become the members of the Russian-Chinese club of young entrepreneurs, established in 2014 on the initiative of the All-China Youth Federation and the Russian Youth Union.
