The Ambassador of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to the Russian Federation visited the AIR RT
The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to the Russian Federation Yiapokhe Vilawan and the head of the international department of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Mr. Thongsavana Phomvihana, to get acquainted with the investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During a visit to the Unified Presentation Center, the head of the Tatarstan Agency for Investment Development, Talia Minullina, told the guests about the economic, cultural, investment, industrial and other opportunities of the Republic.
Yiapohe Vilawan: “I was in Kazan 20 years ago and when I visited it again, I was pleasantly surprised, because everything had become even more beautiful. I am very pleased with how Tatarstan is developing, because even during the collapse of the USSR, it was the Republic of Tatarstan that continued to maintain its tone in the aspects of industry, education and clearly moved towards its goals. Your culture is very close to me. I would like to note that we want to cooperate with the Republic of Tatarstan and believe that we have many areas in which we can interact, which will have a positive impact on the overall relationship between Russia and Laos.”
