"Investment Hour" with the Bavli municipal district
The Bavli municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis at the Government House of the Republic. The report of the mayor of the city examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
The head of the Bavli municipal district, Ilyas Guzairov, reported that more than 7 billion rubles of capital investments were directed to the economy and social sphere last year. In the first quarter of this year, the enterprises of the district invested more than 3 billion rubles. Investment projects are being implemented as part of the modernization and strengthening of the material and technical base of the production of existing enterprises.
One of the major investment projects by the end of 2023 is the construction of a plant for the production of fiberglass pipes by Tatneft-Presskomposite. In total, more than 2 billion rubles have been invested.
The fact that the area was focused on the oil industry, today unexpectedly gives a lot of advantages to investors. These are free niches, especially in the fields of crop and livestock production, services, and:

And due to the fact that Tatneft has created an excellent social infrastructure, the area has become a point of attraction for neighbors. For example, people from other regions come to swim in a well-maintained outdoor pool. The head of the district said that it is planned to collaborate with Nizhnekamsk Thermal Baths to create a year-round resort.
To attract investors in the area, there are empty production bases of Tatneft-Asset LLC with ready-made utilities (gas, light, water) with land plots under them: 2 objects with land plots and 2 land plots without buildings. (See on the slide)
