We organize feedback with investors

Civil servants were trained on the feedback system for investors organized in the republic on the basis of the GIS RT “People's Control” on December 14 and 15. The educational program was organized by the system operator - the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, responsible for organizing feedback with investors, on the basis of the ANO "Dialogue Regions" in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Deputy Head of the Agency Marina Epifantseva told colleagues from executive and municipal authorities about the best practices in creating feedback in the Moscow region and the need to create feedback for investors in the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the requirements of the regional investment standard.
Colleagues exchanged views on organizing the work of moderators of categories of issues that investors can address, and discussed the topic of interdepartmental interaction in the block being created for investors.

• For reference: at the moment, the GIS RT “People's Control” has 102 categories that citizens can apply to; for investors, it is planned to supplement the rubricator with more than 6 categories.
