Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Tyulyachinsky municipal district

Tyulyachinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the city mayor examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.

The head of the Tyulyachinsky municipal district, Nazip Khazipov, said that the Tyulyachi industrial park is steadily developing from year to year. Last year, residents’ turnover amounted to about 3.5 billion rubles, or 109% of the 2022 level. 510 people were employed, with an average monthly salary of 42 thousand rubles.

This year, the management company “Sozidanie” passed the regional selection to improve infrastructure. The ultimate goal is to create even more attractive conditions for new residents and develop existing enterprises.

LMR Plast LLC shipped products worth over 2.5 billion rubles. 236 jobs were created. Investments for 2023 – 930 million rubles. We have begun construction of new production and storage facilities for a line for processing polypropylene waste. The project was approved by the Investment Council under Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Avangard-Stroy LLC is developing stably and with positive dynamics. Turnover for the year increased by 18% and amounted to 259 million rubles 59 people were employed.

Despite the difficulties with importing seedlings from Holland, Bogorodsky Roses Greenhouses LLC continues its successful activities. A new method of growing tulips using a hydroponic system has been mastered. The company built 500 sq. m. storage space and laboratory. It is planned to build another greenhouse of 1700 sq.m.

It is impossible not to mention Kryazh+ LLC. In the summer of 2023, production workshops burned down due to a fire. Despite this, the enterprise recovered and began processing waste tires. Over 35 million rubles were invested.

The Tyulyachinsky Navruz Creamery operates with an annual positive index of industrial production. Turnover exceeded 700 million rubles. The number of employees is 67 people. Over 70 tons of milk are processed per day.

All conditions conducive to the influx of investment are created in the area. In 2023, the estimated volume of invested funds amounted to about 2.7 billion rubles, including over 1.8 billion private ones. In addition to those previously mentioned, let me announce other major projects of the past year.

LLC "August-Tyulyachi" put into operation a digitized seed complex in the village of Uzyak. The volume of investments amounted to over 700 million rubles.

Does not stop the progressive development of Igenche LLC. In 2023, a dairy complex for 500 and a feedlot for 1000 heads were put into operation. The amount of invested funds is 250 million rubles.

Alan LLC is building a dairy complex for 1000 heads. 120 million invested. Work continues.

The Investment Council under Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a project for the construction of two feedlots in the settlements of Alga and Saush. We plan to begin work with the arrival of spring. The forecast volume of investments is at least 800 million rubles.

3 tourism development projects are being developed:

- a ski resort with rooms and its own production of natural agricultural products in the village of Nizhnie Savrushi. The estimated investment volume is 900 million rubles.

- hotel and health complex "Ecovillage" on the banks of the river. Mesha with an estimated cost of 40 million rubles.

- A recreation complex with its own service station on the M-7 highway. Expected investments are 300 million rubles.

The above projects are being prepared for the Investment Council under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Investments in all road programs amounted to RUB 694 million. About 23 km of roads were built and repaired.
