Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Spassky municipal district

The Spassky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The head of the Spassky municipal district, Fargat Mukhametov, said that the implementation of investment projects contributes to the sustainable development of the region. According to estimates, the volume of investments for 2023 will be more than 1 billion 530 million rubles, which is 57.5 thousand rubles per capita.

In the district there is a private industrial park "Bolgar", where 6 residents work, the total turnover at the end of 2023 amounted to 71.5 million rubles. The average number of park employees is 44 people. In 2024, the management company of the industrial park is implementing a number of measures to attract residents and increase the volume of output.

Entrepreneurs in the region are actively developing the hospitality sector. In 2023, a fishing base for 34 places was built in the village of Rzhavets, and a halal cafe “Naylya” was built in the city of Bolgar. In the city of Bolgar, an entrepreneur has been building a complex since 2023, which will house a cafe, a hotel with 50 beds and a car wash. Investments will amount to about 50 million rubles and 12 jobs will be created.

Also in 2023, construction of the restaurant building began. Investments will amount to more than 45 million rubles and 10 jobs will be created.

An investor built a camel farm in the Trekhozerskoye rural settlement on an area of 7 hectares, where there are now 65 camels. We have begun implementing the second stage of the project. Construction of a production facility for the primary processing of camel wool is underway. The reconstruction of the building into a garment factory, where products from camel hair will be produced, is being completed.

The ancient technology of soap making from camel milk is being recreated. Work has begun on the production of a full cycle of cosmetics from camel milk. The cosmetics were created and testing was completed at a contract plant in St. Petersburg. Final transfer of production to Bolgar in the 4th quarter of 2024. The volume of all investments is more than 100 million rubles, with maximum automation of production. This year, the Investor is starting the third stage of the project - increasing the camel population by 300 heads.

This year we started implementing a project to build a “Country Hotel” of 4 houses with 140 beds. The volume of investment will be 300 million rubles.

Individual entrepreneurs have begun the construction of three shopping centers in the city of Bolgar. Investments will amount to more than 120 million rubles. Commissioning - 2024.
