"Investment Hour" with Menzelinsky Municipal District
The Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the mayor of the city examines the main indicators of the district's activities, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Menzelinsky municipal district Aidar Salakhov reported that investments in fixed assets by the end of the current year are planned at the level of 4.1 billion rubles, excluding budget funds. The main share of investments is aimed at the development of:
- agriculture and processing,
- development of roadside service infrastructure, after the reconstruction of the federal highway M-7,
- industrial parks and tourism.
The Konovalovka dairy complex of the Kamsky Bacon company currently contains 14.7 thousand heads of cattle, including 7.3 thousand cows. The daily milk yield is 215 tons of milk. More than 12 billion rubles have been invested in the project, 280 jobs have been created, the average salary is 76 thousand rubles, 28 million personal income tax was contributed to the district budget for the past year, and 16 million in tax for 6 months.
This year, construction continues on 11 buildings for growing young cattle for 6,400 heads, 3 buildings for keeping dry cows and a maternity ward. Thus, next year the dairy herd will be increased by another 3 thousand heads of cows, and this is an additional 100 tons of milk daily with a plus.
9 silage and haylage trenches are also being built, each for 7.5 thousand tons. Investments amount to 3.4 billion rubles.
The company "August Menzelinsk" launched the first stage of the project for 1200 cows, the daily milk yield is 45 tons. 1.4 billion rubles were invested, 108 people were employed, 5 million personal income tax was paid to the budget in 8 months.
The farm of OOO "Zaikovsky" built a milking parlor for 540 heads, 20 tons of milk are milked daily. Today, the construction of a feed center and reconstruction of the maternity ward are underway, the investments will amount to 40 million. For 2023, personal income tax was paid in the amount of 3.6 million rubles.
In Kalmurzino LLC, facilities for keeping calves and heifers for 350 heads have been built, construction of a feed center is planned, 16.7 million investments have been made, the average daily milk yield is 12 tons of milk, plans to increase it to 20 tons.
The head of this agricultural company, Almaz Khantimirovich, launched the production of cold-pressed vegetable oil in 2023. Last year, Agromai LLC processed 13 thousand tons of rapeseed and more than 2 thousand tons of sunflower seeds, and produced about 4 thousand tons of vegetable oil. The implementation of this project made it possible to optimally load the main employees of Kalmurzino LLC (agronomists, combine operators, machine operators) in the winter period. The enterprise contributed 9 million personal income tax to the district last year.
The Il'nur peasant farm is building a dairy farm for 320 dairy cows with a 2*20 parallel milking parlor with subsequent expansion to 600 heads of dairy cows. Plans to purchase 100 heads of heifers. Delivery of stage 1 (320 heads) - 4th quarter of this year. Investments amounted to 179 million rubles.
The Menzelinsk-Broiler cooperative is building a slaughterhouse and a sanitary checkpoint. Today, the cooperative contains 40 thousand broilers, 5 thousand geese and 5 thousand ducks, 525 tons of poultry meat have been produced in 7 months of this year.
The cooperatives of the Zagiyev peasant farm, having received state support, built a new processing facility for meat processing and the production of semi-finished products, last year the slaughter of cattle amounted to 13 thousand heads of cattle.
KFH Davletov Nasim works in the same systematic and planned manner, on an area of 700 hectares of land, 200 of which are melioration, he grows potatoes and vegetables.
In the district, there are 3,536 heads of cattle in the private farm, including 1,238 cows, this year, feed has been prepared in sufficient quantities.
Today, there are great opportunities for private farms and peasant farms in the district. In the companies "Kamsky Bacon" and "Avgust Menzelinsk" after the full launch of production, up to 5 thousand bulls will be born annually, and our task is to establish fattening of cattle.
In the territory of the district, there are 2 accredited industrial parks, where 15 residents work, 27 million rubles have been invested in the modernization of production and development of the park in six months.
The main residents of the Promzona-Menzelinsk park are the company "Vellika" - a manufacturer of patented children's furniture, entrepreneur Yulia Taratina - sewing textile products, Bashkirtsev Kamil - manufacturing pontoons for boat trips.
