A prestigious award in healthcare
The Kazan clinic "Insight" was awarded the prestigious "Phoenix" award for outstanding achievements in psychiatry, narcology and psychotherapy. The award was established by the National Medical Research Center of Psychiatry and Neurology named after V.M. Bekhterev - a historical center for the development of Russian psychotherapy and one of the main universities in Eurasia in its field. The award ceremony was held as part of the annual congress of specialists, which took place on February 20-21 in St. Petersburg. During the event, the Coordination Council of the Bekhterev Research Institute also appointed doctors of the Insight clinic Renat Minazov and Gumar Ziatdinov as its official representatives in the Volga Federal Region. Their tasks will include coordinating the activities of professional associations of psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and narcologists in the Volga Federal District.
New horizons for the professional community
On February 24, 2025, Renat Minazov and Gumar Ziatdinov in their new capacity held the first meeting of the Association of Psychotherapists of the Volga Federal District, established with their direct participation. The new organization is designed to unite experts in the region to develop modern standards of care, exchange experience and improve the qualifications of specialists.
Previously, the private institute "Insight", part of the group of companies of the clinic, was one of the first in Russia to receive a license to train medical residents in the areas of "psychiatry", "psychotherapy" and "narcology". This will allow training highly qualified specialists, combining clinical practice with academic knowledge.
About the clinic and the institute "Insight"
The "Insight" clinic is a multidisciplinary medical center providing assistance to patients with mental disorders and addictions. Works in Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Almetyevsk and Naberezhnye Chelny. Began its work as a private clinic in 2006. Today it is one of the pioneers in the introduction of evidence-based therapy methods in Russia. Along with medical activities, it develops educational projects within the framework of the Insight Institute, contributing to the growth and development of the professional community.
The investor is actively expanding its activities. Currently, the project for the construction of a new branch of the Center for Psychological Assistance and Psychosomatic Medicine is being actively implemented, which passed the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan at the end of 2022. It plans to provide assistance in the following areas:
- psychological assistance to adults, children and families: psychosomatic medicine, prevention of disorders, support for people experiencing crisis situations;
- educational activities for the general public: lectures, trainings, master classes;
- training of psychologists and doctors to work in the field of psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychology, specialized educational programs designed to improve the quality of psychological assistance in the republic and beyond.
