National Association of Investment Development Agencies (NAIDA)

The National Association of Investment and Development Agencies, a non-profit organization, was established in 2006 to combine the efforts of regional development institutions (investment agencies and development corporations) aimed at creating conditions conducive to increasing investment attractiveness and investment inflows to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. As of March 2025, the association has 82 members from 80 regions of the country.

Since 2023, NAAIR has been the operator of the National Award in the field of Regional Investment Development "Investment Development Leaders".

The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan has been a member of the NAAIR since 2016. The head of the Agency, Taliya Minullina, is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NAAIR (since June 2024) and an active participant in its activities. In October 2020, Taliya Minullina headed the NAAIR project.Global for the Development of International Relations Associations.
