Head of the district: "We are looking for an investor to open a workshop for processing meat and meat products, including Halal products. In the region today in agricultural enterprises and personal subsidiary farms contain about 12 thousand heads of cattle for fattening. There is a prepared land plot next to the slaughterhouse, and we are ready to discuss this project with investors.

One of the most promising areas for the district is the development of greenhouses (for growing flowers and berry crops). The district has suitable plots near water bodies for placing greenhouses, and we are ready to discuss this area with potential investors. The district has 17 hydraulic structures that can be used for irrigation of land plots.

We can offer potential investors a prepared industrial site "Drozhzhanoe". This is a geographically isolated complex on a site that is in municipal ownership, having a common border, within which favorable conditions for doing business with connected communications are created.

The area of the territory is 19.1 hectares.

Tax preferences: after obtaining the status of a resident on the territory of the site, an exemption from land, property and transport tax is provided. USN tax reduction – income 1%, income minus expenses 5%. Electricity costs are reimbursed-50% minus VAT.

To date, 8.2 thousand square meters of industrial premises have been built. The site's current occupancy rate is 51%. Residents of this site and their products are shown on the screen. The total number of jobs as of 01.01.2025 is 107 people.
