JSC Kama Industrial Park Master

JSC "Kama Industrial Park "Master" was established by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 149 in March 2004. The strategic goal is to create infrastructure for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, primarily those operating in the manufacturing sector.

The main tools for achieving this goal are:

1. Low rental costs for production and office space combined with high quality preparation of areas and developed infrastructure support.
2. Ensuring mutually beneficial cooperation between small and medium-sized businesses with large businesses and the state. In particular, PJSC "KAMAZ" recognizes the tenants of JSC "KIP "Master" as its privileged partners, receiving in return a quality product on favorable terms, and the state provides comprehensive support to resident tenants, thereby increasing the taxable base.
JSC KIP Master owns and manages 184 hectares of land, as well as 1,364.65 thousand square meters of industrial and office space. The industrial park is located close to the federal highway M-7 "Volga" (Moscow-Ufa), the distance is 3 km. In addition, there is a railway dead-end on the territory of the park, the name of the unloading terminal is JSC KIP Master. Also on the territory of JSC KIP Master is the Naberezhnye Chelny customs post OTOiTK No. 3. The nearest international airport is Begishevo, owned by PJSC KAMAZ, the distance is 24 km from the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
