"Kama Industrial Park "Master" is a project implemented at the all-Russian level - "Kama Industrial Park - Master". As of the current period of 2013, 234 residents are located on the premises of OAO "KIP "Master", about 5,000 people are employed. For 5 months of 2013, the total revenue of residents amounted to 10.5 billion rubles. (In 2012 - 32.3 billion rubles, in 2011 - 22.0 billion rubles). The total area of ​​existing production and warehouse premises of the park is 369,490 sq. m., of which 14,000 sq. m. are free. Of the total area of ​​office real estate in the amount of 60,600 sq. m., 650 sq. m. are free. m.

In June 2013, the production complex of KAMAZ OJSC was transferred to the authorized capital of KIP Master OJSC, with a production area of ​​101,603 sq. m. and office real estate area of ​​17,184.8 sq. m.

Accordingly, today KIP Master OJSC has production areas of 471,093 sq. m. and office premises with a total area of ​​77,784.8 sq. m.

There are 15 foreign companies operating on the territory of KIP Master OJSC, located on a territory with a total area of ​​approximately 49,607 sq. m.

As a pilot project for investors in need of separate production areas created according to individual projects, a land plot has been allocated on the territory of the city for the creation of an industrial site at the municipal level.
