The Russian Red Cross expressed its condolences to the relatives of those killed and injured in Kazan and announced the opening, together with Sberbank, of a special account for donations.
“We commit ourselves together with the government of the Republic of Tatarstan to determine the needs of families affected by this tragedy. And we will try to help them. Each case will be considered individually. A report on the spending of funds will be posted publicly on a monthly basis on the website of the Russian Red Cross, ”stressed Pavel Savchuk, Chairman of the Red Cross in Russia.
