Meeting of the organizing committee for the preparation for the summit "Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2021"
Today, the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, reported on the preparations for the international summit "Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit" at a meeting of the organizing committee of the summit headed by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan.
The XII International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2021" will be held on July 28-30, 2021. The venue is the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center. The main topics of the forum will be conscious consumption, partner finance, halal industry, youth diplomacy, medicine, sports, creative industries, export development, entrepreneurship and investment. The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov will take part in the summit.
“KazanSummit is a leading international platform for discussing cooperation issues and organizing joint projects. The goal of the summit is to strengthen trade, economic, scientific, technical, social and cultural ties between Russia and the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, ”noted Alexey Pesoshin.
The head of the Agency, Taliya Minullina, said that representatives of 48 countries and 25 regions of Russia will take part in the summit in person. A total of 32 diplomatic missions await in Kazan: ambassadors and consuls general of foreign states.
The program of the forum includes 90 thematic sessions, forums of young entrepreneurs and young diplomats of the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Sbertalk, a show of decent fashion Modest Fashion Day. Also on the sidelines of the summit, an exhibition of the halal industry Russia Halal Expo 2021 and the Machine-Building Cluster Forum will be organized.
