Today in Kazan, within the framework of KazanSummit 2021, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC Rusatom Healthcare (a structure of Rosatom) signed an Agreement on cooperation in the use of modern technologies for sterilization processing of medical devices and other products.
The agreement was signed by Director of JSC Rusatom Healthcare Natalia Komarova and Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan Taliya Minullina at 10.30 at the exposition of the Republic of Tatarstan.
“Development of efficient and socially significant production is a priority of the economic activity of the Republic of Tatarstan. The creation of a multipurpose processing center in Kazan will enable our manufacturers to significantly reduce the cost of medical products important for the population, increase their availability, and increase production capacity. We are glad that a company with unique technological expertise will become our partner in the implementation of this project. Cooperation will allow us to create the most efficient modern platform in the shortest possible time, ”said Taliya Minullina.
The parties agreed to implement on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan a project to create a multifunctional irradiation center for the provision of radiation treatment services for medical products on the basis of the Medical Industrial Park of the Republic of Tatarstan "PharmMedPolis" in Kazan. The forecasted volume of investments will amount to 300 million rubles.
