Industrial digitalization as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of the economy
Today, at the site of the Kazan Digital Week 2021 forum, a meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan "Digitalization of industry as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of the economy" was held. The meeting was attended by the head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina.
According to the President of Tatarstan, the region has something to work on in terms of digitalization. He cited the results of a study of the readiness of enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan for digital transformation (conducted by Strategy Partners Group). According to the study, the readiness of enterprises in the republic for digital transformation is 2.7 points (out of 5).
Representatives of specialized companies make reports on the digitalization of enterprises and the results of studies of the readiness of enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan for digital transformation.
The study of the readiness of enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan for digital transformation was presented by the managing partner of Strategy Partners Group Alexander Idrisov.
Alexey Tensin, Managing Director of JSC Concern Kalashnikov, spoke about digital technologies as a tool for achieving high financial performance of enterprises.
Sergei Sedykh, Director for Quality Assurance and Development of Hier Fridge RUS LLC, spoke about the concept of a “smart plant” on the territory of the Hayer industrial park and the work of the Hayer company in Naberezhnye Chelny. He recalled that all production facilities of the company operate using the achievements of digitalization.
The founder of Fort Ross Ventures, Viktor Orlovsky, presented technological and business trends 2021-2035, as well as 15 breakthrough technologies that will change the landscape of the modern world in 15 years.
Yuri Maksimov, General Director of Positive Technologies JSC, spoke about the cybersecurity of industrial enterprises, noting that “we are on the verge of a new paradigm of cyber defense, in which the implementation of unacceptable risks for organizations and the state becomes impossible”.
“The Republic of Tatarstan is the first region of Russia in which cooperation between the state, business and citizens can be built in order to create an environment where the implementation of unacceptable risks is impossible,” the invited experts noted about the digitalization of the republic.
