"Russia and China - a strong alliance": the Consul General of China at a meeting with Talia Minullina
Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Kazan Wu Yingqin visited the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan today and met with the head of the AID, Talia Minullina.
The parties in a friendly atmosphere summed up the results of the year of bilateral cooperation between China and Tatarstan in the framework of Russian-Chinese relations, and also discussed points of growth in the coming year.
“We highly value our Chinese partners. We are talking not only about our numerous companies from small investments to billions of dollars, but also about cooperation in the cultural, educational and tourism spheres, ”said Taliya Minullina.
At the recent forum dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the signing of an agreement on the establishment of twinning relations between Tatarstan and the Sichuan province, it was reported that goals to increase the level of cooperation have been set, and the path to them lies through successfully implemented projects, said Mr. Wu Yingqin.
“Companies that make large investments in the region are pushing the level of relations forward, but it is necessary to remember about small projects and industries. We are glad that Tatarstan is actively working with Chinese investors: these are small plastic processing companies, Chinese car factories that cooperate with KAMAZ, as well as agreements on cooperation between cities, companies and entire provinces. This helps to quickly achieve the goals of increasing our trade turnover to $ 200 billion, ”added the Chinese Consul General.
Taliya Minullina also shared that it is the active work being carried out by the Consulate General in Kazan that helps to establish the business of Chinese companies inside Tatarstan and to export our enterprises.
