Forum "Strong ideas of the new time" 2022
Organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Roscongress Foundation. Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Forum, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin.
The purpose of the forum https://ideas.roscongress.org/ is to select and implement 100 strong ideas that will make a significant contribution to the development of the country and the achievement of national development goals until 2030.
“Each person will be able to offer his idea, get its professional assessment and opportunities for implementation. Such a unique format will allow to accumulate proposals from citizens from all over the country and form promising projects for the development of Russia, the achievement of national goals until 2030. We are not chasing quantity, it is important to find really interesting and applicable ideas that in the near future will be able to change the situation in one area or another, help various categories of citizens,” said Maxim Oreshkin, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Forum.
“This year we are again collecting promising proposals from all caring citizens on the development of Russia. We are waiting for people who are open for dialogue and ready to share their experience and ideas for changes for the better. All initiatives will be considered by top-level experts, the best of the proposals based on the results of the forum will receive support and be implemented throughout Russia,” shared Svetlana Chupsheva, General Director of ASI.
The forum is a platform that will allow to accumulate the ideas and proposals of citizens from all over the country and form promising projects for the development of Russia.
The forum is an opportunity for everyone in our country to propose an idea for Russia, get a professional assessment of ee CBOIO and opportunities for implementation.
Main steps:
From February 22 to April 22 https://ideas.roscongress.org/ ideas will be collected on the crowd platform;
Until May 6, the regional expert network will select the top 1000 ideas;
Until June 3, the chairman and bureau of the ASI expert council will select the top 100 ideas;
In July - a face-to-face forum, presentation of the top 10 ideas to the country's leadership.
Thematic areas of the forum:
1. Block National Social Initiative” - ideas for the development of new models for improving the quality of social, medical and educational services; on the effective fight against poverty and the provision of social support measures; to reduce mortality from non-communicable, cardiovascular and other chronic diseases
2. Block "National Technological Initiative" - ideas that help to provide low-mobility citizens with environmentally friendly transport; on the implementation of technological solutions in the field of health saving and adaptive nutrition, taking into account health indications; to create a network of engineering and educational consortiums in Russian universities and scientific organizations.
3. Block National Personnel Initiative” - ideas for creating a system of additional education for vocational guidance for children; to create opportunities for youth entrepreneurship and employment, to support a person in finding a job and developing a career.
4. Block "National Ecological Initiative" - ideas for preparing the adaptation of both the state and the business of the population to the consequences of climate change, for the formation and development of a market for solutions and services that improve the environmental well-being of citizens with the help of "clean technologies"
5. Block "Entrepreneurship" - ideas to increase investment activity in the regions; to reduce administrative pressure on businesses and improve the business climate for SMEs and the self-employed.
6. Block "Development of regions" - ideas for the creation of NEW interregional projects, which should become a point of growth for neighboring regions, for the development of services that allow using the wealth of the Arctic for the breakthrough development of the country, as well as projects that offer new meanings and masses for the development of small towns and sat down
7. Block "Open conversation" - breakthrough and non-standard ideas for the development agenda of Russia - 2030, not included in other thematic tracks.
Forum participants will be able to develop an idea and get feedback from the expert community, go through an accelerator and prepare projects based on their ideas, find supporters and like-minded people, and form a project team.
Thanks to the forum, partners and the expert community will be able to support and take part in the implementation of participants' ideas, form a community around an important topic, share experience in the expert field and become a mentor.
