Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: "investment hour" with Rybno-Slobodsky district
Rybno-Slobodsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a regular basis on Saturdays at the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
The head of the Rybno-Slobodsky district, Ildar Tazutdinov, spoke about the investment projects of the municipality, mainly related to the development of agriculture. For the period 2018-2022, the amount of the declared investments is 14 billion 944 million rubles, 225 jobs have been created (more than 700 jobs are planned to be created).
Since October 25, 2021, the investor "Arysh-Agro" has started economic activity on the territory of the Novo-Arysh rural settlement. In 2022, they invested 45.1 million rubles. The reconstruction of the mortar unit was carried out, the current repair of all livestock facilities was carried out, agricultural machinery was purchased in the amount of 70 million rubles.
JSC "Agro-industrial Complex "Russian Marble" has started work on the modernization of treatment facilities. For these purposes, an Automated Complex of industrial wastewater from meat processing plants, slaughterhouses and cattle farms was purchased. The amount of investments is 25 million rubles.
LLC "Teploblok" is working on the production of heat blocks. Productivity is 6,000 blocks per month, 6 jobs have been created, the amount of investment is 10 million.. rubles'.
LLC "Rybno-Slobodsky concrete Plant" is engaged in the production of dry concrete mixes. 4 jobs have been created, the productivity is 30 m3/hour, the volume of investments amounted to 15 million.. rubles'. The workshops are being modernized, which will make it possible to produce products all year round.
The next investment project is being implemented in the field of alternative energy - it is planned to build a wind farm with a capacity of 100 MW in the Rybno-Slobodsky district. A Turkish investor has been attracted to the territory of the district for the construction of wind farms. Preparatory work on this project has already begun, work on the production of engineering and geological surveys for the further construction of wind power generators has been completed. The volume of declared investments is 10.9 billion rubles. It is planned to create 18 jobs.
This year, together with the investor Gazprom LNG Technologies LLC, preparatory work has begun on the implementation of another major investment project "Construction of a cryoprotection plant and a maintenance station in the Rybno-Slobodsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan". The volume of declared investments is 500 million rubles. It is planned to create 20 jobs.
Agrofirma Rodina LLC is increasing the pace. Currently, 6000 apple trees have been planted on an area of 3 hectares, and a berry crop – honeysuckle - has been planted on 5 hectares. The volume of declared investments is 85.4 million rubles, 19.7 million rubles have already been invested. 20 jobs have been created.
A number of ecotourism projects are being implemented in the district. This is the construction of an agricultural park with a tourist village "SU BUENDA" in the village of Yulsubino. The volume of declared investments is 600 million rubles, 3.0 million rubles have been invested. It is planned to create 70 jobs. The project includes the agricultural sector and the development of tourism. The first ecodome of modular format was built.
Another ecotourism project is the construction of a tourist base "Baths of the Peoples of the World" in the village of Maly Oshnyak. The volume of declared investments is 15 million rubles. It is planned to create 7 jobs.
The next project is the construction of a fishing recreation center "Rybnaya Sloboda". The volume of declared investments is 300 million rubles. It is planned to create 40 jobs. The aim of the project is to create all the necessary conditions for active recreation, where there will be places to place fishing equipment, recreation areas and a fish outlet. A plot of land has been selected for the investor.
In the investment project "Construction of a recreation center on the banks of the Kama River "Glamping Park", it is planned to build a recreation area, a restaurant, a boat station, playgrounds and sports grounds, a sauna complex. The volume of declared investments is 200 million rubles. It is planned to create 25 jobs.
The Wild Farm Ecopark remains one of the most popular places for tourists. This year, 12 350 guests came to the Wild Farm. Currently, the project is supplementing its concept with new ideas and objects, and work is underway on the Glamping complex "Alder" to completion. 8 houses have been built, all A-FRAME houses will work year-round. The number of rooms is 36 seats.
LLC "ECODOM" offers a new format of recreation for guests of the Rybno-Slobodsky district and Tatarstan - this is an ECO-HOUSE on wheels. Anyone can rent a mobile home and travel. To date, 5 eco-houses have been produced. The investment amount is 5 million rubles.
LLC "SD-Trust" is reconstructing and building a complex-a base of country recreation "Ecotour". The complex is designed for 100 people with a one-time number of vacationers. It is planned to build 15 modular houses designed for year-round operation, the organization of a poultry house and a zoo. The amount of the declared investments is 35 million rubles, 18 million rubles have already been invested.
