Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Verkhneuslonsky district
The Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Verkhneuslonsky district, Marat Ziatdinov, said that the main indicator of the district’s activity is the volume of gross territorial product, which in 2022 will amount to more than 26.8 billion rubles, an increase of 102.5% by 2021.
The volume of investments in fixed capital from all sources of financing amounted to 9.5 billion rubles. This year, the district plans to reach the level of 10 billion rubles.
The flagship of the region's economic growth is Innopolis. For the third year in a row, the Innopolis special economic zone has been recognized as the most effective economic zone of the technical and innovation type in Russia. 5 and a half thousand jobs were created at the SEZ site, the revenue volume over the past year was almost 35 billion rubles. 327 companies have the status of partners and residents, of which 158 are startups (+54 for 2022) and 130 venture investors and business angels.
The Popov Technopark is 86% full, the Lobachevsky Technopark is 76%. Construction of two more technology parks with 4,000 jobs continues. To date, work has been organized to close the external contour of buildings B and C. Commissioning of these buildings is planned until the end of 2024.
On December 30, 2022, the high-tech technology park "Innopark" was put into operation. Currently there are 3 residents working in the technology park. 1.3 billion rubles were invested in the project.
The construction of the largest data processing center in the Volga region by the state corporation Rosatom continues. The total investment volume will be 3.9 billion rubles.
The construction of 13 houses in the ZION-2 residential complex has been completed. Another 20 residential buildings are in varying degrees of completion. The planned completion of construction is autumn 2024. The volume of investments will be 2.17 billion rubles.
Construction of a residential apartment building with an area of 18 thousand square meters continues. for 275 apartments. Commissioning is planned for the 1st quarter of 2024. The total investment in the project is 2.5 billion rubles.
This year it is planned to open three new buildings on the Innopolis University campus for a thousand students. The final cost of the project will be 2.5 billion rubles.
One of the significant sectors of the region's economy is industry. The volume of shipped industrial products amounted to 4.6 billion rubles, an increase of 2%.
At the final stage, the implementation of the investment project for the construction of a malt house with a capacity of 6000 tons by the enterprise JSC "Tatkrakhmalpatoka" is being implemented. Equipment was delivered from the Czech Republic, construction and installation work was 90% completed. The launch is scheduled for the end of the 3rd quarter of this year. The volume of investments will be 630 million rubles.
By decision of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan in March of this year, it was decided to provide a land plot to the management company “City of Electronic Commerce” for the creation of an industrial park. Today, work is underway to carry out protocol instructions.
The increase in crop production occurred due to the introduction of resource-saving technology by the investment company "August" and the involvement of more than 5 thousand hectares of land in agricultural circulation that had not previously been used. The company's investment program continues. The construction of the second stage of a grain drying complex with a capacity of 100 tons/hour is being completed. The volume of investments amounted to 80 million rubles.
The Korguza LLC enterprise has purchased 650 head of breeding heifers and is reconstructing livestock farms and a dairy unit. 14 units of agricultural equipment were purchased, which made it possible to bring into circulation more than one thousand hectares of previously unused federal land. The volume of investment is 200 million rubles.
Much attention is paid to the introduction of modern technologies at the Agrofirm Zarya LLC enterprise. Last year, an apple orchard was established on an area of 60 and a half hectares. Berry crops are planted on an area of 14 hectares. The farm has put into operation a feed center for the preparation of high-quality feed. 60 million rubles were invested in the projects.
The Verkhneuslonsky district is becoming increasingly attractive for the development of tourism and recreation. New facilities are being added to the existing infrastructure.
By decision of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan in October, a plot of land was allocated for the construction of glamping in the area of the village of Gavrilkovo on the banks of the Sviyaga. The project should begin implementation this year. A lease agreement has been drawn up for glamping on the banks of the Volga within the village of Verkhniy Uslon. The volume of investment in the project amounted to 50 million rubles.
In Kainki, Valery Nikolaevich Pobezhimov implemented a project to create an area for family recreation with agrotourism. Guest houses, a bathhouse complex, livestock buildings, and greenhouses were built. The cost of the project was 53 million rubles.
