Laishevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The head of the Laishevsky district, Ildus Zaripov, said that the main indicator of the district's activity is the value of the gross territorial product, which amounted to 52 billion rubles, the growth rate of 116% taking into account the deflator index to the previous period. The volume of products shipped by enterprises in 2022 amounted to 60 billion rubles - 105% compared to last year.
The volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 32 billion rubles (an increase of 95% or almost 2 times).
Due to the fact that the district has a huge potential for economic and demographic growth, a long-term program has been developed for the development of municipal, social, transport infrastructure facilities, the creation of new industries.
The investment portfolio of the district is more than 10 billion rubles with the creation of more than 2,000 new jobs. I will focus in more detail on the main ones.
The DoorHan company is building a production and logistics technopark for 10 thousand jobs.
The amount of investments is 20 billion rubles over 10 years.
Commissioning of the first building on 55,000 sq. m. The project is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024 with the creation of 1,000 new jobs.
Another equally important enterprise is ICL and its investment projects.
The construction works of the Motherboard Manufacturing Plant on the territory of the SEZ "Innopolis" have been completed. It is planned to launch into commercial operation in October. The design capacity is 300 thousand boards per year, followed by an increase to 1 million units.
The project is being created as part of import substitution, for the production of laptops, tablets, monoblocks, servers, data storage systems.
The investment of the first stage is 2 billion rubles, 200 new jobs have been created.
The company "PolymerPlast" LLC in December 2022 at the Investment Council received approval of the project of a production complex for the manufacture of insulation (extruded polystyrene foam - EPS).
The total investment will amount to more than 480 million rubles. Construction works are underway, the first production is planned for the 1st quarter of 2024.
A new investor, IEK GROUP, is starting to expand the current production site in Stolbyshche village. A production and logistics complex with a total area of 50,000 square meters is being created. meters, which will become one of the main centers of competence and production of LED and electrical products in the Russian Federation. The volume of investments amounted to 2 billion rubles.
LLC "PLKGROUP" is a domestic manufacturer for the development, design, manufacture and implementation of heat and mass transfer, filtration, separation equipment for gas and oil processing.
The company has its own production capacity of 3,000 sq. m. meters and a modern machine park. The volume of annual revenue is more than 700 million rubles.
As part of the increase in the scientific potential of the enterprise, the construction of a building for 2,500 sq. meters, which will house engineers and designers. In the future, the creation of a scientific campus with a comfortable recreation area for highly qualified employees.
This year, Tatkabel Plant LLC has started to modernize the equipment fleet in order to organize the production of 330 kV and 500 kV cable, with a core cross-section of up to 2500 square millimeters with insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene and enameled core.
The volume of investments under the project for 2023 is 265 million rubles, for 2024 — 667 million rubles.
Special attention is paid to the implementation of a large-scale project of the year-round resort "Laishevo". Hotels with a high level of service, including SPA centers, restaurants, glamping, yacht marina on an area of 73 hectares. The total investment volume is 16 billion rubles. Engineering networks are currently being designed.
The fish-breeding complex Biosphere-Fish continues its development. The restaurant complex "Wild" with 250 seats with a summer terrace was opened here this year. The concept was developed with a focus on fish dishes. The amount of investments amounted to more than 100 million rubles.
The next stage will be the creation of a park hotel with a thermal complex for 200 rooms and 300 villas. The total investment volume will be at least 1.5 billion rubles, the project implementation period is until 2026.
The project "Improvement of the territory of the recreational and cultural cluster "Semruk" became the winner of the All-Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable environment in small towns. The grant in the amount of 70 million rubles is directed to the improvement of the territory, playground, installation of small architectural forms.
A year-round glamping "KamINN" is being implemented on the banks of the Kama River. Investments of more than 70 million rubles.
