Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Apastovsky municipal district

The Apastovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.

The head of the Apastovsky municipal district, Ayrat Ziganshin, said that in total, investments in fixed assets in the district at the end of the current year are planned to be about 1.72 billion rubles. “One of our main tasks is to attract investors,” said the head of the district.

1) Today, the dairy plant plans to build a second workshop for the production of milk powder. The cost of this investment project is 1.0 billion rubles. Equipment worth 700 million rubles has already been purchased. The implementation of this project will provide an additional 50 jobs for residents of the area and process an additional 450 tons of milk per day. The launch of production is planned for 2024.

A few notes about the project:

A stage-by-stage reconstruction of the Apastovsky dairy plant is being carried out by the investor Uva Moloko LLC. To date, 2 billion rubles have been invested, workshops have been built for the production of hard cheeses and milk powder. The first workshop for the production of milk powder was launched in the second quarter of 2023. This project has proven its worth in practice. The dairy plant actively participates in the development of the region’s economy:

-150 jobs created (so far 115 actually hired);

- there is interest and participation in the development of livestock farming in the region (In 2022, commodity loans were provided to rural producers for the purchase of breeding cattle from Hungary in the amount of 20 million rubles with the possibility of deferred payment and debt repayment with dairy products at market prices). It is planned to organize a milk collection cooperative;

- export contracts were concluded with the state of Oman in the amount of 100 million rubles, with further re-export from Oman to Egypt, Bangladesh, Tunisia, Serbia, Tanzania.

The launch of a second workshop for the production of milk powder and a workshop for the production of cheese will allow:

- Increase the volume of export contracts;

-Create new jobs - increasing the number of employees to 250 people;

- Ensure total milk processing volume of up to 800 tons per day.

To complete the project you will need:

1. Financing for the construction of treatment facilities - 250 million rubles;

2. Financing for installation and commissioning of equipment for the second drying shop - 300 million rubles;

2) The agricultural enterprise Vesna LLC is constructing a grain drying and sorting complex with a drying capacity of 50 tons of grain per hour and grain storage in the amount of 5,000 tons. The implementation of this project will provide an additional 20 jobs for residents of our area. The planned investment volume will be 300 million rubles.

3) In 2023, the following capital investments in agricultural production can be noted:

Reconstruction of the dairy farm of LLC "Apas Mol" HC Ak Bars in the village of Kurmashevo - 350 million rubles. (with a further increase in the number of cows to 1200 heads);

Construction of a warehouse for storing grain and equipment:

- IP Nuriev – 30 million rubles.

- SHP TABAR LLC – 30 million rubles.

Construction of a maternity ward for cattle for 190 beds of the peasant farm of Ibragimov - 28 million rubles.

4) The LLC Sintez-Trade enterprise is implementing an investment project for the construction of a gas filling station with a gas purification plant for the production of foamed polyethylenes and polystyrenes. The planned capacity of the gas filling station is cleaning and taring of liquefied hydrocarbons 500 tons per month. The implementation of this project will provide an additional 25 jobs for residents of our area. The planned investment volume will be 170 million rubles. (For the production of insulation and polyurethane foam).

5) The company PhosAgro-Volga LLC organized the transshipment and storage of granular fertilizers. The annual shipment volume is 16.5 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers. In 2024, it is planned to implement a project to create infrastructure for liquid mineral fertilizers with a volume of 1,500 m3. The implementation of this project will provide an additional 20 jobs for residents of our area. The planned investment volume is 180 million rubles.

6) SEC "ECOPOLIS" by the end of this year will complete the construction of a workshop for processing meat and producing meat products according to Halal standards. The workshop's productivity is 3.9 tons of meat and meat products per month. The total investment in the project will be 46 million rubles, the number of jobs created will be 21 people.

7) One of the important investment projects planned for implementation in the region is the construction of the Yaratel-Apastovo poultry farm of HC Ak Bars. The factory's productivity is planned at 655 million eggs annually. Construction begins in 2024. Production of finished products is planned to start in 2025. At the moment, the investor has acquired land for the construction of a poultry farm with a total area of 200 hectares, and the development of the construction project is being completed in December. The implementation of this project will provide an additional 325 jobs for residents of our area. The planned investment volume is 6 billion rubles. The implementation of this project will provide very strong support to the further development of the economy of our region.
