The twentieth "Municipal Investment Hour" was held with the participation of Tetyushsky region in the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.

Head of the Tetyushsky region: "The investment attractiveness of the region in terms of natural resources is determined by the richest reserves of light-melting clays, industrial reserves of red clay - a unique raw material for the production of ceramic products. Sand, crushed stone, lime are mined.
In the village of Zhukovo, an investor has revived a project to open a brick factory. The production facilities have been renovated, equipment is being purchased. When the project reaches full capacity, 60 million conventional bricks will be produced per year. The investment volume is planned to be about two billion rubles, 120 jobs will be created. The presence of a nearby clay deposit is significant for the project. The first production is expected this year.
This project is a good growth point for our region.
The accredited industrial park "Tetyushi" operates in the region. The anchor residents of the park are the production of double-glazed windows, polyethylene pipes and a fish factory. I would like to note that residents enjoy municipal benefits (exempt from land tax and land rent) and republican support measures.
