In Switzerland, the leaders of 110 countries and representatives of large business discussed globalization, digital economy, development of alternative energy sources, global infrastructure projects, as well as the role of Russia in the modern world, and assessed it in many ways by Tatarstan.

On January 18, the final board meeting of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency «On results of the Agency's work in 2018 and tasks for 2019» was held in «Korston Club Hotel Kazan».

The meeting will be chaired by Farid Mukhametshin who is the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina will make a keynote presentation.

Agency for Strategic Initiatives published a list of projects - finalists of the All-Russian contest of the best social and economic practices. Semifinal selection have been passed by 774 applications from 77 entities of the Russian Federation.

For JSC "KAMAZ", 2018 became decisive in many ways: expansion of the model line, entry into the electric bus market, construction of the cab shell plant - all these laid the foundation for the further development of "KAMAZ" in the coming years.

Conclusion of agreements on the implementation of activities on the territory of "Naberezhnye Chelny", "Chistopol" and "Nizhnekamsk" Advanced Development Zones was held in the Republican House of Government chaired by the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

High-tech, dynamically developing group of companies ICL, headquartered in the capital of Tatarstan, was selected as a priority project of the Ministry of economic development of Russia "National Champions".

The winners of the annual national award "Golden idea-2018" were awarded in Moscow.
