Head of the Tatarstan investment development Agency Taliya Minullina spoke in favor of developing cooperation between countries and regions at the online conference "Dialogue of machine-building enterprises Russia-Shandong", held jointly with the Chinese-Russian Union for Enterprise Support and Development.
