A delegation of the Iranian Parliament from the East Azerbaijan Province headed by Mrs. Masoumeh Agapur and entrepreneurs of a friendly Islamic republic are on an official visit to the Republic of Tatarstan.

In order to implement the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support of Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative” 279.68 million rubles have been additionally allocated to the region, of which 250 million rubles are aimed for the construction of an industrial park on the area of Khimgrad Technopolis.

On September 26–28, 2019 Tatarstan hosts the II Congress of regional investment agencies and development corporations.

The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan paid a working visit to the Russian capital.

The forecast for the social and economic development of Tatarstan for 2020-2024 and for the consolidated budget for a three-year period was presented at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the scenario conditions for the development of the Russian economy in the context of the national projects, data from the sectoral ministries, forecasts for the development of municipalities and leading enterprises of the republic.

The results of the "Cinema in 7 Days" project, which was held as part of the XI International Youth Film Festival, were summed up in the Republic’s capital.

The first foresight session "DigITall" was held in the Kazan technopark in the field of information technology, IT Park. It brought together about 200 representatives of authorities, scientific institutions and businesses to jointly generate breakthrough ideas on forming a roadmap for digital transformation of Tatarstan.

This year the Republic was represented by Taliya Minnulina, the Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, and Farid Abdulganiev, Minister of Economy.

In Kazan, the Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum was held at the Kazan Fair exhibition center. 180 industry leaders from 31 regions of Russia and 23 neighboring and far abroad countries took part in it.

For the first time in Russia, a public lecture was delivered by the General Director of Haier Corporation, Mr. Zhang Ruimin.
