The industrial Park "Naberezhnye Chelny" is located in the central part of the Republic of Tatarstan on the territory of the industrial zone of Naberezhnye Chelny, has a convenient entrance from the Federal highway M7, at 96 Menzelinsky tract.

The area of the park is 37 hectares. 
Facilities put into operation - 8,797 sq.m.:
1. Administrative building – 2,996.9 sq.m, number of floors - 2 levels
2. Production building – 5,800.1 sq.m, number of floors – 1 level

Vacant land plots for the construction of industrial and warehouse facilities, outdoor storage areas, parking lots, etc. The total land area is 35 hectares. 
Purpose of the sites: Industrial and municipal warehouse enterprises of hazard class I–II, requiring heavy-duty or railway transport.
