"Single window" for the investor
By contacting the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, investors in the public-private partnership sphere receive all services using the "single window" technology.
The investor support system based on the "single window" principle was created and operates in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 118 of February 20, 2019 "On approval of the Regulations for the interaction of investment entities to assist in the implementation of investment projects in the Republic of Tatarstan based on the "one-stop shop" principle".
In 2021, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, continued to work on the operation of the "Tatarstan Investment Control" system (https://ic.tatarstan.ru/), which is necessary for investor support based on the "one-stop shop" principle. Within the framework of this system, active interaction between ministries, departments and municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan is planned.
In 2021, business processes for reviewing investment projects for leasing land plots without holding tenders and for submitting projects to the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan were added to the KIT system, and the investment project support unit was improved.
Projects are recorded and processed by the Agency in the investment project monitoring system "Tatarstan Investment Control". The "Analytics" section of the system displays summary information on the current status of projects, including rejected ones.
The main tasks for the KIT system in 2023 will be: integration with Electronic Document Management, work and filling in the "Public-Private Partnership" (PPP) section.
