Special economic zone of industrial and production type "Alabuga"
Special economic zone "Alabuga" was created in 2006 and provides investors with fully prepared industrial, engineering, transport and customs infrastructure, as well as a number of tax and customs benefits.
Areas for construction
2000 hectares of land are provided with all the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure. All plots are connected to communications, roads and utility networks. A resident can buy out an area located under his buildings and structures from the moment the facility is put into operation.
Producrion areas that are ready for rent
Industrial park "Synergy" - a complex of finished modular premises for rent. Standard modules of two types are available:
№ 1 production areas — 1,215 m2, administrative and household — 294 m2
№ 2 production areas — 440 m2, administrative and household — 180 m2
Industrial park "A Plus Park Alabuga" - 200 thousand production, warehouse and office areas of class A for rent
Infrastructure
350 MW of supplied electric capacity for 1 and 2 reliability categories. Free technological connection. More than 10 km of railways, 30 km of first-category roads, over 200 km of utility networks, own treatment facilities.
Tax incentives
SEZ "Alabuga" provides favorable tax conditions for its residents. Companies are exempt from land, property and transport taxes for 10 years. Tax holidays begin from the moment the tax base appears.
Income tax
Residents are entitled to preferential income tax rates. Taking into account the federal tax, they are:
2% - the first 5 years
7% - the next 5 years
15.5% - until 2055
Property, land and transport tax
0% - for 10 years from the date of the tax base.
Customs benefits:
The Alabuga SEZ operates a free customs zone regime. SEZ residents are exempt from import customs duties and/or taxes on foreign equipment if they use the free customs zone procedure for the period of the equipment's presence on the SEZ territory until the end of the agreement on conducting activities.
The SEZ has its own customs post for residents.

A residential building with 64 apartments was built for employees of the enterprises-residents of the SEZ, and a guest house for visitors.

Alabuga International School is a unique educational institution offering world-class education under the International Baccalaureate program. The school is taught by native English speakers with many years of experience around the world.
