List of executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan responsible for support in the sphere of PPP

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated June 6, 2011 No. 460 "Issues of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan is an authorized body in the field of public-private partnership, and also evaluates the effectiveness of a public-private partnership project, in which the Republic of Tatarstan is a public partner, and determines the comparative advantage of this project in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law. The agency is also a body exercising powers on issues of support and implementation of investment projects, participation in the formation of a favorable investment climate and increasing the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Tatarstan, attracting investments, including in projects implemented on the basis of public-private partnership agreements (municipal-private partnership), concession agreements, life cycle contracts, and other investment agreements.

Also, the consideration of public-private partnership projects is carried out by the following bodies:

1) Ministry of Finances of the Republic of Tatarstan;

2) Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan;

3) Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

4) Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan;

5) Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan;

6) Ministry of Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan;

7) Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Services of the Republic of Tatarstan;

8) Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan;

9) Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan;

10) Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan;

11) Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan;
