Industrial parks of Bugulminsky district
The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan is actively working to promote and increase the investment attractiveness of industrial sites and industrial parks in the municipal districts of Tatarstan.
Bugulminsky municipal district is located in the southeast of Tatarstan and borders with Aznakaevsky, Almetevsky, Bavlinsky, Leninogorsk and Yutazinsky districts of the republic, as well as Samara (Klyavlinsky district) and Orenburg (Severny district) regions. The total area is 1405 km². The permanent population of the district is 115.2 thousand people. Automobile communication is carried out on the roads: P239 Kazan - Orenburg; P246 Bugulma - Uralsk; Bugulma - Aznakayevo; Bugulma - Leninogorsk. Railway communication is carried out through the Bugulma station. Transportation is carried out by the Kuibyshev Railway, in the direction of Ulyanovsk, Ufa and Naberezhnye Chelny. Air communication is carried out via Bugulma Airport. Passenger transportation is carried out by the company UVT-Aero.
Bugulma District is distinguished by its advantageous geographical location and the presence of powerful industrial potential.
- Oil and gas and energy industry enterprises:
"TNG-Group" (OJSC "Tatneftegeofizika") - an oil industry enterprise; "Bugulma Mechanical Plant" PJSC "Tatneft" - products for oil and gas production, oil and gas refining, energy and other industries; "Bugulminsky Electric Pump Plant" (JSC "BENZ") - equipment for oil production, etc.
- Food industry enterprises:
"Bugulminsky Feed Mill" (opened in 2014); CJSC "Bugulminsky Bread Products Plant No. 1" (CJSC "BKHP No. 1"); OJSC "Bugulminsky Dairy Plant"; Oil Extraction Plant LLC "Alekart"; LLC "PlemReproduct" (opened in 2016).
- Light industry enterprises:
LLC "Bugulminskaya Sewing Factory";
- Other enterprises:
"Bugulma Airport"; "Bugulminskaya Furniture Factory"; "Klyuchevskaya Door Factory"; LLC "Novaya Rus"; NPO "New Well Operation Technologies"; "Scientific and production enterprise "GKS" (branch of the Kazan enterprise, created on the basis of the technopark "Idea").
On the territory of the Bugulminsky municipal district, 2 industrial parks have been created.
1. Industrial park "Sovetsky", located in the city of Bugulma. Total area - 23 thousand square meters. Management company - OOO "Bugulminsky Dairy Plant". Currently, 3 residents operate on the territory of the industrial park.
2. Industrial park "Zagorodny", also located in Bugulma, with a total area of 28 thousand square meters. The management company is also OOO "Bugulminsky Dairy Plant", however, there are currently no residents on the territory of this industrial park.
The Executive Committee of the Bugulminsky District regularly holds presentations and informs current heads of industrial parks of the Republic of Tatarstan about the existing infrastructure, investment attractiveness and support measures for these industrial parks.
