In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 23, 2022 No. 82-ZRT, the departmental structure of expenditures of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023 is approved, including: co-financing of expenses for the creation (reconstruction) of mass sports infrastructure facilities on the basis of public-private (municipal-private) partnership agreements or concession agreements, development of public-private partnerships, financing of the Public-Private Partnership Development subprogram, co-financing of expenses for financial support of road activities for projects implemented using the mechanism public-private partnership, co-financing of expenses in order to financially support road activities for projects implemented using the mechanism of public-private partnership, the allocation of subsidies to the budgets of municipal districts and urban districts is also approved in order to co-finance expenditure obligations for the creation (reconstruction) of sports infrastructure facilities for mass sports on the basis of public-private (municipal-private) partnership or concession agreements for 2023.
The state program "Development of Physical Culture and Sports in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019-2024", approved by Resolution No. 159 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 5, 2019, provided state financial support for the development of public and private partnerships (municipal private partnerships) in the construction of a facility in the field of physical culture and sports (subsidy) in the total amount 109,337.00 thousand rubles. Additionally, within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of Physical culture and Sports" of the federal project "Business Sprint (I choose sport)" on 10/21/2023, investment projects "Creation of sports infrastructure" include a sports and recreation complex in the territory of the municipality of Kazan and in the city of Zelenodolsk "Center for Physical Education Sports". They were successfully selected to allocate a subsidy from the federal budget in favor of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for co-financing the creation and operation of sports infrastructure facilities in the amount of 190.6 million rubles.
The State program "Development of the transport system of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2025"
The purpose of this program is to ensure the development of the transport complex and the creation of a modern information and communication transport infrastructure to meet the needs of the economy and the rapid development of public infrastructure in the Republic of Tatarstan. The amount of funds planned to be raised for the implementation of the Program for 2014-2025 is 681,578.983 million rubles. (million rubles).
In 2022, the largest concession agreement was concluded in the Republic of Tatarstan "Construction of the Shali (M-7) – Bavly (M-5) toll highway" with a total amount of 101.2 billion rubles, of which budget funds amount to 70796 million rubles and 30499 million rubles private.
The purpose of this program is to ensure high-quality education in the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the changing demands of the population and the long-term objectives of the development of society and the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The full implementation of program measures will make it possible by 2025 to achieve:

In 2022, three concession agreements were signed in the Republic of Tatarstan for the construction of 3 secondary schools with a total number of places for 3502 students. The projects also provide for the payment of the concedent (investment and maintenance payments). In the reporting year 2023, these facilities were put into operation.
