Putin signed a law on the introduction of the digital ruble.It will be possible to make transactions with the digital ruble using a special system operated by the Central Bank.
 The Federation Council has approved a law on the overhaul of apartment buildings-monuments. There are two approaches to major repairs. Works affecting parts of the building with cultural and historical value, such as facades and interiors, will be carried out taking into account the preservation of such objects, with historical and cultural expertise.
The State Duma adopted in the second reading a bill changing the mechanisms for creating and managing special economic zones (SEZs), as well as simplifying the procedure for obtaining SEZ resident status. The document was initiated by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has announced the expected visa-free tourist exchange between Russia and China, which will be launched in the near future.
