The key to success

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency pays much attention to the personnel policy. As the head of the Agency Taliya Minullina believes, the key to success is in each carefully chosen employee.

"The results we will reach depend on each employee. Each next member of the team should be "head and shoulders above" than the average level of the organization. Only in this case we will be able to bring it to a new level and reach new achievments", - Taliya Minullina marked.

To this end, on December 13-14, 2018, the representatives of the Agency took part in the seminars and round tables on exchange of experients and effective personnel technologies, used in the system of state and municipal management in Moscow. The events were organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Russia.

In the frames of the plenary sessions the questions of assessment of the effectiveness of personnel services and work with personnel reserve; implementation of modern technologies of candidates selection; implementation of evaluation system and motivation of staff; ensuring continuing professional development; search, attraction and adaptation of personnel, including the organization of work with young people; formation and development of professional culture and other topics were discussed.

Presentations were made by the representatives of the Department of state policy in the field of state and municipal service, anti-corruption of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Russia, the Department of Governance of the President of the Russian Federation on public service and personnel, Center for strategic development and representatives of personnel services of public authorities of the Russian regions.
