Building Ecosystem. Digital Tools to Improve Procurement Efficiency
Today, within the walls of the Agency for Investment Development of Tatarstan, a meeting “Construction Ecosystem. Digital Tools to Improve Procurement Efficiency”. The meeting was organized by Orlan Systems.
Marina Epifantseva, Deputy Head of the Agency, delivered a welcoming speech to the meeting participants. She noted that at the end of 2021, the construction sector again showed growth, especially in the field of residential construction. “The share of investments in fixed assets aimed at construction increased by 2.5% in 2021 and amounted to 255 billion rubles.” The construction industry is growing and developing year after year despite the difficulties that arise. In this regard, the digitalization of such an important social and economic sector is becoming more and more relevant, added the deputy head of the IDA.
Andrei Lupiy, General Director of Orlan JSC, spoke about how the digital platform works for participants in the construction market. “This digital platform already brings together more than 10,000 suppliers and manufacturers of building materials. It is designed to unite under one roof both those who offer construction products and those who use them. The effectiveness of the system is proved by our partners, including the Innovation Promotion Fund, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, and Rosakkreditatsiya,” said Andrey Lupiy.
The federal center is also actively working on scenarios to reduce the chain from producer to consumer in the construction industry, the problems and issues of each of the parties should be regulated and eliminated. These words of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Marat Khusnullin were conveyed by the next speaker, a member of the Construction Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexei Mostovshchikov.
More than 40 people took part in the Building Ecosystem conference, which was held in a hybrid format.
