Prospects for the development of the Kazan agglomeration
Talia Minullina made a welcoming speech at the expert session to discuss problems and possible options for spatial development of the territory as part of the development of the Master Plan for the Kazan agglomeration.
Today's event brought together all relevant ministries and departments.
A master plan for the Kazan agglomeration is currently being developed. The final document will contain proposals that will determine the economic and spatial development of the city. When preparing the master plan, the requests and suggestions of local residents will be taken into account.
“In Tatarstan, the agglomeration approach was laid down in Strategy 2030. If you observe world practice, all the territories that have shown a surge are the result of competent planning. Someone is responsible for construction, someone for the economy - everything must come together,” Talia Minullina.
