Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Agryz district
The Agryz municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Agryz district, Lenar Nurgayanov, said that the main indicator of the district’s activity is the value of the gross territorial product (GTP). In 2022, the volume of commercial goods is estimated at 8.7 billion rubles. The district has set itself a goal for the current year to achieve a growth rate of 9.6% (in comparable prices) or a level of 9.7 billion rubles.
The volume of investments in fixed capital from all sources of financing in 2022 amounted to 1.8 billion rubles.
The Agryz-Development industrial park is located on the territory of the district. The territory of the park is 2 hectares, the occupancy rate of the park is 69%. Today the task is to attract residents, as well as create a private industrial park in the district.
In order to further increase the volume of milk, farms are carrying out large-scale work to renovate livestock buildings and build new ones. For example, on the Navruz farm in Yanaul, a calf barn for 300 heads was introduced. This year it is planned to build one calf barn in the dairy complex. The investment amount was 20 million rubles.
Peasant farmer Ibraeva Maria Evgenievna is engaged in industrial beekeeping. The farm has 250 beehives. Also, in addition to grain crops, honey crops are grown on an area of more than 1.7 thousand hectares. More than 25 million rubles were invested in the development of the farm.
Systematic work continues to update the agricultural machinery fleet. This year, supplies of equipment are estimated at 120 million rubles.
Production activities in the city of Agryz are carried out by Agryz Meat Processing Plant LLC. The company is engaged in the slaughter of livestock, the production of boneless meat, bone meat, and offal. Future plans include the construction of a new slaughterhouse with a capacity of 15 heads of cattle per hour. Launch of a new line for the production of stewed meat. The total cost of the projects is 272 million rubles.
