The Kukmor municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The head of the Kukmorsky district, Sergei Dimitriev, said that the main indicator of the district’s activity is the value of the gross territorial product (GTP). In 2022, the volume of commercial transport is estimated at 19.9 billion rubles, or 110.5% of the 2021 level. This year, according to preliminary estimates, VTP will increase to 22 billion rubles.
Investments are the basis for further transformations in the economy. The largest share of investments is aimed at the development of agricultural and processing industries. This year the expected volume of investments will be about 6 billion rubles.
The Kukmor metalware plant is completing the construction of one of three industrial buildings. The volume of investments will be 348 million rubles.
A major investment project - the construction of a dairy plant for processing 500 tons of milk per day - is being implemented by the Kukmorsky Dairy Plant. Investors are mainly dairy producers of the Kukmorsky district. The volume of investment will be about 3 billion rubles.
Individual Entrepreneur “Khalikova-Burundukova” is building a farm for 2,400 heads, of which 600 heads are planned to be commissioned this year. The total investment will be 600 million rubles.
Milka LLC begins construction of a dairy complex for 1,200 animals.
Vostok LLC is constructing dairy farms for 840 heads, of which 440 heads will be built this year.
Asanbash-Agro LLC is completing the construction of farms for 900 animals.
AF "named after Gavrilov" prepared a project for the construction of the 3rd barn for 600 heads.
JSC Agrokhimservice is preparing to modernize 3 barns with the construction of a milking and milk unit.

KukmorZernoTorg LLC is implementing an investment project for the construction of a plant for receiving, cleaning, drying, processing and storing grain and its processed products, producing cereals and animal feed. The volume of investments is 2.5 billion rubles. The design is at its final stage. At the stage of concluding a contract for the manufacture and supply of equipment. Construction work is due to begin in August.
Due to the lack of free land plots on the territory of the Kukmor industrial park, it is planned to create a second industrial park on the territory of the Bolshekukmorsky rural settlement with a total area of 98.5 hectares. There are already potential investors who cannot start work due to the lack of ready space in the industrial park.
