FIZRA is reaching the finish line: a new sports center is being prepared for opening in Kazan

Meanwhile, the construction of a new FIZRA Sports Center is being completed in the Salavat Kupere microdistrict in Kazan.
The two—storey multifunctional sports complex is already 90% ready - now the work is in the final stage. The facility is being built next to the multidisciplinary gymnasium No. 189 "Zaman".

Initially, it was planned to complete the construction and installation work in April, but the deadlines were adjusted due to technological nuances. Now the completion of construction is scheduled for the end of June, and the commissioning of the facility is scheduled for November 19.

The complex is being built as part of a public-private partnership under a concession agreement. The state part of the obligations has been fulfilled in full — federal subsidies have been delivered on time.

▶Modern fields with artificial turf for mini-football are provided inside the center. If necessary, the playgrounds will be able to be quickly converted into an ice arena for hockey and figure skating.

Parking is also provided for visitors: 100 spaces outside the complex and another 80 inside the perimeter. In parallel, the construction of a sports complex in Zelenodolsk continues.

The completion of construction work there is scheduled for July, and commissioning is scheduled for September. Currently, work is underway at the facility to connect to the electricity and water supply networks.

The new complex in Zelenodolsk will be able to accommodate up to 64 people per hour. Inside, there will be halls for volleyball and basketball, a specialized wrestling area, as well as a padel tennis court, one of the fastest-growing sports.

For the comfortable operation of the complex on weekends, the designers have provided an increased number of changing rooms so that the facility can receive more visitors during rush hours.
