Zelenodolsk Begins Construction of "Mir Balansa" Sports and Recreation Complex
📍 Construction of the new "Mir Balansa" (World of Balance) sports and recreation complex has commenced in the "Zelyonaya Dolina" microdistrict.
The project is being supported by the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. The future complex will feature two swimming pools, a multifunctional sports hall, a fitness hall, and spaces for relaxation and sports activities.
At the opening ceremony, the concept of the complex was presented, followed by an unusual "time capsule" laying ceremony. Instead of the traditional first brick, participants left their signatures on a kettlebell, which was then placed in a special box along with a message for future generations.
Previously, the construction project for the sports and recreation complex was approved by the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
