Today, Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with Oleg Grigoriev, Director of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic. The goal is to continue working on synchronizing capital raising with the development of territories, including agglomerations.
For investors, such cooperation provides:
· Reducing infrastructure risks by taking roads and networks into account at the planning stage;
· understanding the long-term trends of agglomerations development for location selection;
· reducing the launch time of projects through the preparation of sites for business needs.
For residents of Tatarstan, this means:
· well-thought-out development without an imbalance between housing and industry;
· development of social facilities (schools, clinics) together with new production facilities;
· improving the comfort of the environment and increasing the value of real estate.
Bottom line: the interdepartmental tandem transforms the republic's economic successes into real improvements for people, and creates a predictable and modern environment for businesses.
