WEB.The Russian Federation will support investment projects at the federal level
The Federal Law "On Investment Activities in the Russian Federation Carried out in the Form of Capital Investments" has been amended.
WEB.The Russian Federation is endowed with the status of a specialized organization for the support and support of investment projects at the federal level.
Among its functions are:
🔹information and advisory support for investors, including information about available support measures;
Participation in investors' interaction with federal, regional and municipal authorities;
🔹 assistance to the regions in preparing investment proposals and attracting Russian and foreign investors;
Interaction with regional organizations to attract investments and work with investors.
Criteria for projects that can be supported by VEB.In the Russian Federation, they will be established by a Memorandum on the Financial Policy of the corporation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The new mechanism should strengthen coordination between the federal and regional levels and form a unified approach to investment project support.
Regulations on the interaction of the Web.The Russian Federation and regional specialized organizations will enter into force on March 1, 2027.
