From the end of October 2014 in Tatarstan Investment Development Agency held training sessions on various topics to improve the competence of personnel of the agency and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their activities. "Focus on results" training program is completed.

Today on December 5 held another training seminar. This time it was dedicated to work with citizens and was chaired by the Head of department on work with citizens of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rosa Kilkeeva. In the seminar actively participated the Agency’s Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, Agency staff, as well as specialists of the Department on work with citizens of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On December 4 representatives of the Investment Committee as part of the official delegation of St. Petersburg led by Vice-Governor Mikhail Mokretsov participated in the cultural and business mission of St. Petersburg to the Republic of Tatarstan.

 During the visit to Kazan the delegation together with representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan opened the exchange of business contacts between the two regions, and also visited “IT-park" and "Himgrad" Technopolis. To the delegates presented the project "Electronic Tatarstan", a business incubator, as well as innovative enterprise for the production of high barrier plastic packaging.

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina included in the Board of Trustees of the State non-profit organization "Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" and on November 28 took part in its meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

Tatarstan and the Kamchatka Territory have great potential for the development of mutually beneficial economic cooperation. This was stated by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at a meeting with Kamchatka Governor Vladimir Ilyukhin. The meeting, held in the Kazan Kremlin, was also attended by Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, as well as Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina.

President of Tatarstan declared readiness of the republic to organize the place of direct sales of Kamchatka Territory’s products, for example at the beginning in the Agroprompark area.

Second Kazan forum "Eurasian Economic Integration: Achievements and Challenges" was held in Kazan on 27-28 November 2014 by the initiative of the "Eurasian dialogue" under the Russian parliamentary European Club. The forum was organized by the government of the Republic of Tatarstan and Federal Agency "Rossotrudnichestvo".

To the guests of the Republic of Tatarstan presented an exhibition of large-scale projects, among which was Kazan Smart City project.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia Mr. Sok An. The meeting was held at the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Among the representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan took part Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

Welcoming the participants, Mr. Minnikhanov thanked for their interest in the Republic of Tatarstan. He also noted that today Russia and its regions attach great importance to developing and strengthening relations with the countries of Southeast Asia.

During the commission's work were considered issues that were discussed at the meeting of the Anti-Corruption Council under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 20, 2014 (Agency’s Chief Executive Taliya Minullina is a member of the Council).

The commission also reviewed the Project of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency on the implementation of anti-corruption policy in the 2015-2020 years. The objectives of this program are to improve anti-corruption system in the Agency, prevention of corruption, creation of conditions preventing corruption in the Agency, the formation of the Agency's staff intolerant attitude to corruption. To achieve these objectives the program identifies specific objectives and results of its implementation, as well as, a list of measures to implement the program.

On November 28, 2014 between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian public organization "Association of Russian diplomats" signed an agreement on cooperation. Document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and Chairman of the Association of Russian diplomats Igor Khalevinski.

The meeting was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

A presentation of the Republic of Tatarstan for accredited foreign ambassadors held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on November 27, 2014. The presentation was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, the State Duma representatives, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, as well as heads of leading enterprises of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and the Association of Russian and Turkish businessmen signed a cooperation agreement on November 27, 2014. Document was signed by the Head of the association Naki Karaaslan and Agency’s Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

The event was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in the Russian Federation Umit Yardym, Head of RTIB Naki Karaaslan and more than 300 representatives of the Turkish business.

The signing ceremony was held immediately after the presentation of Tatarstan to the Association of Russian and Turkish businessmen in Moscow. "We are pleased to expand our relationship, I think today's signing of a cooperation agreement between the Association of Russian and Turkish businessmen and Tatarstan Investment Development Agency will contribute to this", - said Rustam Minnikhanov.
