How did the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and the municipality help you? Are you satisfied with the work on your project?

- For KravtGroup, this is already the third joint project with the Agency: we worked together on the Hotel Kravt Kazan Airport 4* and the innovative hotel in Innopolis. In our experience, working with the AIR is distinguished by interaction at all stages of the project: from creating a business plan to concluding an investment agreement. Thanks to the agency's work, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to offer their own ideas for improving the business climate. In addition, working in interaction with executive authorities in the "single window" mode significantly speeds up business processes. In my opinion, the agency's work also significantly affects the investment attractiveness of the region as a whole.

Why did you choose the Republic of Tatarstan for your investment activities? Did you have other options?

- KravtGroup has extensive experience working in different regions, but, without a doubt, Tatarstan is one of the most promising investment points on the map of Russia for successful business. There is good contact between entrepreneurs and government officials, which is important for the sustainable development of the business environment. The region ranks second after Moscow in the investment attractiveness rating on a national scale. The investment climate is strengthened by the well-structured strategy of the Government of the Republic to attract capital to the region. There are great opportunities for development in the PPP sector, while strict requirements for compliance with the declared result are maintained. To summarize, it can be said that Tatarstan as a whole and Kazan in particular create the best opportunities for doing business on a regional scale.

What can be improved in the work of the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan with investment projects?
- Greater activity of investors can be motivated by strict further compliance with the deadlines for reviewing investment projects.

What is the value of your project?
- At the moment, we are already developing the third project for Tatarstan - the multifunctional complex "YAR Park". This is an object that has no analogues in the regions, in terms of its status it will actually correspond to the iconic complex of the capital "Moscow-City". The planned volume of financing for the project will be 28.7 billion rubles.

The multifunctional complex will include educational and recreational spaces, sports and business facilities. A luxury hotel, necessary for the hotel infrastructure of Kazan, will be built here, as well as a shopping center, a kindergarten, and high-level office space (A+). The conference hall will be the first transformable hall for events of this level in the city, and together with the available areas, it will be able to serve as a venue for concerts and mass festivals. I would like to separately note the scale of the improvement. We are planning to green the territory on an area of ​​33 thousand square meters. In this part of "Yar Park", it is planned to hold public and festival events that will be able to be attended by up to 6.4 thousand people at the same time. Citizens will also appreciate the terms of the new project. Children's playgrounds with a total area of ​​4.3 thousand square meters and recreation areas on 3.8 thousand square meters will be open to residents in any season, and the landscaped embankment will become a new promenade area in Kazan.
