Industrial parks of Novosheshminsky district

The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan is actively working to promote and increase the investment attractiveness of industrial sites and industrial parks in the municipal districts of Tatarstan.

Novosheshminsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan is located in the central part of the republic. The administrative center is the village of Novosheshminsk, which is located 186 km from the city of Kazan, 78 km from the Shentala railway station, 64 km from the port of Chistopol on the Kama River. The Kazan-Orenburg highway of republican significance passes through the territory of the district.

The main mineral resource of the district is oil. More than 1.17 million tons of oil were produced on the territory of the Novosheshminsky Municipal District in 2020. The gross territorial product for 2020 was estimated at 19.7 billion rubles. The leading place in the district's economy and the formation of the local budget belongs to industrial production, namely the lion's share is the extraction of minerals, which make up more than 76.7% of the GTP.

A municipal-level industrial site is currently operating on the territory of the district. The industrial park is engaged in polymer processing and has been accredited by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The area of ​​the park is 8 hectares, and 3 residents operate on the territory. According to the results of 2021, residents produced goods for 21.6 million rubles and created 11 jobs. At the moment, there are free land plots and premises on the industrial site.
