Technopolis "Khimgrad"

Technopolis "Khimgrad" is the first certified industrial park in Russia, created in 2006. The management company is OJSC "UK "Idea-capital".
Location: Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, north-western part, entrance to the city from the federal highway M-7. The project is a unique example of industrial park development according to the brown-field model (redevelopment of the industrial territory of the plant OJSC "Tasma").
Technopolis area: 131 hectares.
The main goals of the project are:
•    creation of a modern industrial park of industry focus with a ready-made engineering infrastructure;
•    reconstruction and construction of industrial buildings of a new format, designed to accommodate high-tech production;
•    formation of a business activity zone, creation of highly productive jobs.
