Taliya Minullina signed an agreement on understanding and cooperation with the Czech concern "Yugostroy"

Following the results of the 11th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on economic, industrial, scientific and technical cooperation between Russia and the Czech Republic, a number of agreements was signed. The Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina and the Director of the "Yugostroj" concern Irzhi Gerle signed an agreement on understanding and cooperation.

"Relations between Tatarstan and Czech Republic are developing rapidly. There is active cooperation in the field of petrochemistry, energy, machine engineering, pharmaceuticals. In 2018, Tatarstani-Czech trade turnover increased by 41% and amounted to 632 million USD. Today we made a big step towards expanding cooperation. The investment project, which we plan to implement, involves the production of hydraulic equipment in the territory of Tatarstan, - Taliya Minullina shared.

This is not the first Czech company, the production of which is planned to be launched in the republic. There is a joint venture of OJSC "PO ElAZ" and "D'Plast Eftek" company for the production of polymeric materials for cars.

The creation of galvanic production at the Kazan Helicopter plant by "Aquacomp Hard" company (opened in February 2018); "Velká Bíteš" company carries out the project for the production of auxiliary power units for JSC "Kazan Helicopters" at "Kazan Aggregate Plant" are among the other projects. In addition, together with JSC "Experimental Design Bureau n.a. Simonov" the work on unmanned machines with the use of Czech engines is underway.

"Elsur" LLC, established on the basis of the Czech company "GB plus" producing electrical equipment, is registered as the resident of Special Economic Zone "Innopolis".
