A far-from-small “Small Tokyo” will be built in Kazan
In the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan an agreement of intention to implement an investment project on a low-rise residential compound using Japanese technologies on the plot of land of 23,5 ha in the territory of the Sovetsky district of the city of Kazan was signed with a Japanese company “Iida Sange Rus”.
The Agency will provide an advisory support regarding project implementation, as well as ways of State support as stipulated by current legislation.
The Company 'Iida Sange Rus' will invest $450 million buying the plot of land, establishment of utility facilities and phase 1 construction of houses fully ready for sale. Total project cost will amount to 1 billion 440 million.
The new residential compound housebuilding “Small Tokyo,” designed for 180 houses, will already be started in Kazan this year. All houses of the 'Iida Sange Rus’ company are built to live in right away.
